Job Overview
- Deliver clean linen, towels, robes, and amenities to guest floors in a timely manner.
- Replenish housekeeping pantries according to par stock levels.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts with required supplies and amenities.
- Remove soiled linen, trash, and recycling from service areas and guest floors.
- Coordinate with Laundry to ensure continuous linen availability.
- Assist Room Attendants during high occupancy or peak periods.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests (extra towels, pillows, toiletries, baby cots, etc.).
- Deliver items within established service time standards (e.g., 10–15 minutes).
- Greet guests professionally and maintain a polite, well-groomed appearance.
- Respect guest privacy and follow Do Not Disturb (DND) policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house corridors and storage areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to chemical handling guidelines and safety data sheet (SDS) standards.
- Comply with fire, life, and safety regulations.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions.
- Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
