Quality Coordinator

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for managing online reputation and supporting the hotel’s overall quality assurance processes. This includes daily monitoring and responding to guest reviews on platforms such as Review Pro and Tripadvisor, ensuring timely management responses, and tracking review performance and rankings.
The role supports quality reporting, audit compliance (including LRA, GSS, GRI and other quality related platforms), and prepares regular performance presentations for management. Working closely with the General Manager and Heads of Department, the Quality Coordinator assists in monitoring standards, conducting audits and spot checks, maintaining documentation, identifying areas for improvement, and promoting continuous quality enhancement across the organization.
