· Check payroll for any discrepancies and advise Financial Controller and Wages Clerk.
· Administer Computerised Employee Database and ensure that it is always kept update.
· Administer Employee Personal Files and ensure that the files are always relevant and update.
· Update list of new joiners and leaver on the attendance and payroll system.
· Monitor Casual attendance and send to Contractors for invoice purposes.
· Monitor the Staff Transportation and ensure all additional trips are tracked.
· Check payroll every month and report any discrepancies to the Director of People and Culture before he/she authorises the payroll.
· Prepare Payroll movement for Paymaster or any other assigned by finance department.
· Produce relevant periodic reports as and when required
· Employee Birthdays & anniversaries
· Expatriate/ local ratio
· Turnover report
· Leaves report
· To book air tickets for all employees whenever they are entitled to.
· To issue Purchase Requisitions for air tickets.
· Administer overtime and extra payments to employees.
· Welcome, inform and guide all employees.
· Assist people in their application.
· Produce relevant P&C statistics as and when required by the Director of People and Culture.
· Produce monthly P&C report and submit to the Director of People and Culture within deadline.
· Administer Medical and Personal Accident Schemes.
· Counsel and advise staff in all P&C related issues.
· To liaise with P&C offices at the Head Office with all matters regarding staff.
· Manage the Staff Accommodation for Expat Line and Supervisory Employees
· Manage the Onboarding and Offboarding process.
· Prepare letters (Warning, Bank, Employment certificate, no call no show etc) as and when required.
· Participate in Welfare and Recognition activities.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
