• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of restaurant service, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of waiters and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage guest relations, addressing queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, placing orders as necessary.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
