Villa Attendant

Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort in the Seychelles, is seeking a friendly and efficient Villa Attendant to join our dedicated hospitality team. As a Villa Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay in our exquisite villas.

• Clean and maintain assigned villas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Prepare rooms for arriving guests, including making beds, arranging amenities, and restocking supplies
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
• Perform regular inspections of villas to identify and report any maintenance issues
• Assist with laundry services, including collecting, sorting, and delivering guest items
• Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms, guest requests, and inventory
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols, reporting any concerns to management
• Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining a professional attitude
