Outlet Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to join our team at Constance Ephelia, Seychelles. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence and operational efficiency. You will be a visible and approachable presence on the outlet floors during service, actively engaging with guests and team members alike. Your leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in driving the success of our outlets and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Supervise and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures
•  Maintain a visible presence on the outlet floors during service periods, demonstrating commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction
•  Solicit and actively listen to guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure outstanding service delivery
•  Handle guest issues and complaints with empathy and decisiveness, implementing appropriate solutions to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead, motivate, and develop outlet staff through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management
•  Recruit, induct, and train team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment
•  Manage outlet budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality
•  Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering procedures to ensure optimal resource utilisation
•  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring strategic intervention
•  Collaborate with other departments and senior management to align outlet operations with organisational objectives and strategic goals
•  Conduct regular staff appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and support career progression opportunities
•  Maintain transparent communication with team members and management, ensuring clarity on expectations and organisational changes
