- Supervise and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a visible presence on the outlet floors during service periods, demonstrating commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Solicit and actively listen to guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure outstanding service delivery
- Handle guest issues and complaints with empathy and decisiveness, implementing appropriate solutions to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead, motivate, and develop outlet staff through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Recruit, induct, and train team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment
- Manage outlet budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering procedures to ensure optimal resource utilisation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary
