Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Constance Halaveli, Maldives. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality whilst managing the front desk operations with professionalism and warmth. • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first and last impression • Check guests in and out using the hotel management system, processing reservations accurately and efficiently

• Respond to guest enquiries regarding accommodation, facilities, services, and local attractions with comprehensive and helpful information • Handle guest requests and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, escalating complex issues to management when necessary • Manage telephone calls and correspondence, directing enquiries to appropriate departments and maintaining professional communication standards
• Maintain the front desk area in an organised and presentable manner, ensuring all necessary materials and information are readily available • Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Maintain detailed records of guest information, special requests, and feedback in the hotel management system • Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and documentation as required • Provide recommendations for dining, activities, and services to enhance the guest experience • Uphold the organisation's policies and procedures whilst demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic resort environment
