Job Overview
- Welcome and assist guests at the beach and pool areas.
- Set up and arrange sunbeds, umbrellas, towels and other beach/pool equipment.
- Ensure the beach and pool areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained.
- Provide and collect towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and other guest amenities.
- Ensure beach and pool equipment is handled and stored properly.
- Monitor the condition of beach and pool facilities and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Assist guests with their requests and provide a friendly and efficient service.
- Coordinate with F&B and other departments regarding guest requirements.
- Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the beach and pool areas.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
- Report any incidents, accidents or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional appearance and high standard of grooming.
