Constance Halaveli, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Restaurant Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional dining experience.

• Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest enquiries and special requests with empathy and support
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
• Assist in resolving any dining-related issues or complaints
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
• Keep up-to-date with menu changes, daily specials, and resort activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
