Operational Risk Management Freelance Consultant

As an Operational Risk Management Freelance Consultant, you will work with industry-leading clients across sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.

You will work with our team as a freelance specialist to deliver coaching and support to our clients to help evolve their culture and behaviours in safety and risk management.  This will involve working closely with managers and supervisors on client sites, supporting and coaching them in implementing dss+ methodologies.  

Key responsibilities will include;

• You will work as a coach to help change the culture and underlying behaviours relating to safety and risk management. 

• You will be working on the client site as part of the dss+ team - this will involve staying overnight throughout the week
