Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team in an individual contributor capacity. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and implementing global digital products in the market of HSE, RISK Management and OPEX markets for both internal and external clients. This position requires a strong data analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement global digital products and solutions for clients, ensuring successful delivery and adoption

• Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization across modules, providing recommendations and implementation approaches. Automation and AI knowledge to be implemented as a disruptive accelerator and quality improver is a must

• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams with a proactive approach toward customer delivery

• Prepare documentation, reports, and client presentations using PowerPoint and other relevant tools

• Provide product configuration and delivery training to global team members

• Interact directly with customers to ensure best practices in customer management and deployment

• Leverage AI tools for multilingual configuration and customer delivery support

• Apply strong attention to detail and data storytelling capabilities to communicate insights effectively

• Stay updated with current technology trends and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment

• By accustomed to working with Agility tools and SQUADs

• Perform Unit tests and Quality Assurance to products and projects

• Lead by example and support continuous process and technology improvement initiatives

• Personal profile and mindset of working collaboratively, in a multinational team, with the will to improve and discovery new ways for delivering through usage of technology and AI
