As the Senior Manager, you will lead large, high-impact client engagements that deliver safe, reliable operations and you will contribute to growth through business development. You will understand business challenges faced by client executives in leading organizations in order to design solutions that effectively support clients.  You will have a strategic and client facing engagement and delivery role across the consulting value chain leading and or supporting business development efforts, project execution and account development.

 

This role is ideal for experienced Consultants, particularly Managers or Directors who have successfully delivered operational improvement work and are looking to deepen their expertise in leadership, culture and human performance.

You will lead large, high-impact client engagements that go beyond process improvement to focus on how people think, behave and perform at work. The goal is to help organisations build stronger leadership, better cultures, and more sustainable performance outcomes.

  • Use what you know to drive growth among a strong existing portfolio and new dss+ clients.

  • Keep your sights on the big picture, overseeing program delivery, developing client relationships, leading cross-team initiatives and developing promising talent.

  • Become recognised as a subject-matter expert and trusted thought partner within dss+ and to our clients.

 

You will be responsible to:

  • Lead major client engagements, working closely with senior client stakeholders to shape direction and deliver meaningful outcomes;

  • Deliver outstanding client experience, consistently delivering high-quality work that leads to repeat business. Be a trusted advisor with senior client executives and maintain relationships in alignment with the account team to deepen and expand relationships;

  • Grow accounts and win work, help position the firm’s capabilities in leadership, culture, and human performance;

  • Contribute to thought leadership and offerings, help shape and evolve the firm’s approach to leadership, culture, and human performance;

  • Develop people and build capability, helping others build skills in consulting, leadership, and client engagement;

  • Project Manage large, complex, multiyear projects to deliver client impact, whilst managing a team, project quality and project profitability;

  • Participate and contribute to internal and external functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing new business working with the global Marketing and the Industry Teams;

  • You will have a client delivery chargeability target and a business development target.
