Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Consultant to join our Digital Center of Excellence (CoE). This role blends consulting expertise with hands-on digital delivery, with a strong focus on driving standardization, innovation, and scalable solutions across global client engagements.
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in building best practices, governance frameworks, and reusable assets, while enabling digital adoption and value realization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end digital delivery for global client accounts, ensuring high-quality execution on delivery and sustain our digital solutions
Proactively manage client relationships to ensure digital adoption, engagement, and success
Work flexibly across global time zones based on project priorities
Apply strong functional expertise to execute independently and recommend improvements
Understand client context and business use cases; translate requirements into actionable solutions
Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members
Take ownership of outcomes with a proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Contribute to innovative initiatives by generating ideas and enhancing existing practices
Support and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and modules
Develop and promote reusable assets, accelerators, and templates across projects
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, quality standards, and security guidelines
Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder discussions
Track and report KPIs, value realization, and adoption metrics
