Centre of Excellence Manager – Pricing

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape how pricing drives growth, customer outcomes, and long term value at Contact.

You’ll sit within our Retail’s team and lead the pricing strategy across our portfolio. You’ll balance day to day pricing activity with forward looking strategic thinking, ensuring pricing supports our financial commitments, growth ambitions, brand positioning, and regulatory obligations.

You’ll lead a capable pricing team and work closely with product, marketing, data, and Retail leadership to embed pricing into broader initiatives, from new product frameworks to future capability development.

This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, values collaboration, and can connect commercial insight to real world outcomes.
