Turnaround Manager

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity 

This is a senior operational leadership role with end‑to‑end accountability for scheduled inspections, statutory overhauls, and, at times, unplanned outages across Contact’s geothermal sites.

In this role, you will:

• Taki (lead) complex turnarounds from early scope definition through execution and close‑out, with a relentless focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule
• Direct, motivate, and support teams and contractors during high‑intensity outage environments
• Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Well Assets, and site leadership to align scope, priorities, and delivery
• Own turnaround budgets, planning discipline, and cost control, supported by SAP‑enabled work planning and reporting
• Play a key role in shaping outage mātāpono (principles), long‑term schedules, and continuous improvement across the fleet

You’ll report to the Capability Lead – Turnaround and operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence, and trust.
