As our Logistics, Stores and Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be based on site at Glenbrook and right at the centre of project activity. Your mahi will keep materials flowing, stock accounted for, and site facilities running smoothly, so construction and commissioning teams can do their best work without interruption. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, Materials Manager, contractors and suppliers, building strong relationships and solving problems as they arise.

This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership and responsibility. From coordinating inbound freight and receipting materials, through to managing laydown areas, hazardous goods and temporary site facilities, you’ll have visibility across the full site logistics picture. You’ll know where everything is, what condition it’s in, and what’s coming next, helping ensure the project stays safe, compliant and on schedule.
