› Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
› Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
› Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in
case of unsafe or polluting hazards

› Support first Cured tire which meet the quality standard
› Support Cured tire which meet the quality standard

› Skillfully operate in Curing area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift
› Skillfully operate in Curing area to do the first tire check follow work instruction.
› Skillfully operate in Curing area to do the output report by shiftly

› Utilize given resources worthily

› Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development

› Operate RSM/curing machine according to production requirements to avoid unqualified products
› Upon finding any operation behavior against production operation specifications , immediately stop it and report to shift leader
› Carry out corrections for production process to meet operation specifications
› Upon finding equipment failure, immediately report to shift leader for speed recovery to ensure normal operation of equipment

› Comply with relative safety regulations of the company
› Carry out various work according to requirements of quality standards in company
› Complete various work stipulated in TPM to enhance productivity 
› Carry relative stipulations of 5S. Keep working field in line with requirements of 5S
› Carry out various work according to environmental production standards in the company and perform all requirements in environment management system

> ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจถึงการแจ้งเตือน การตอบสนองเหตุอย่างทันที และเริ่มมาตรการป้องกันในกรณีที่มีความไม่ปลอดภัย มลพิษ และเหตุอันตรายต่างๆเกิดขึ้น

› ปฎิบัติงานในการทำ "การอบยางเส้นแรก" ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพ
› อบยางที่ได้มาตรฐานคุณภาพ

› ทำงานอย่างชำนาญในพื้นที่การอบยางเพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ตรงตามแผนการผลิตในช่วงเวลา(กะ)ที่รับผิดชอบ
› ทำงานอย่างมีทักษะในพื้นที่การอบยางเพื่อทำการตรวจสอบยางครั้งแรกตามมาตรฐานการทำงาน
› ทำงานอย่างมีทักษะในพื้นที่การอบยางในการทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับยอดการผลิตตามมาตรฐานการทำงาน

› ใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีให้อย่างคุ้มค่า

› ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อฝึกอบรมหรือพัฒนาทักษะ

› ใช้งานเครื่องอบยางตามข้อกำหนดการผลิตเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่มีคุณสมบัติ
› เมื่อพบพฤติกรรมการทำงานใดๆ ที่ก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบต่อการผลิตให้หยุดทันที และรายงานต่อหัวหน้างาน
› ดำเนินการแก้ไขสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตที่ผิดปกติ เพื่อตอบสนองข้อกำหนดของการดำเนินการผลิต
› เมื่อพบความผิดพลาดของอุปกรณ์ให้รายงานผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการพื้นที่ทันทีเพื่อทำการแก้ไข และให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณ์ทำงานตามปกติ

› ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัยของ บริษัท
› ดำเนินงานต่าง ๆ ตามข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐานคุณภาพใน บริษัท
› ปฏิบัติงานต่างๆที่กำหนดไว้ใน TPM เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
› ร่วมมือ และปฎิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของ 5S
› ดำเนินงานต่าง ๆ ตามมาตรฐานการผลิตด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมใน บริษัท และปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดในระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม
