Job Overview

Responsibilities

As part of the Group Controlling team, you will play a key role in financial reporting, planning, and analysis at the corporate level. Your main tasks include:

  • Monthly Reporting & Planning:
    • Contribute to monthly reporting (Actual/Forecast) and planning processes with a focus on profit and loss statement, operating assets, working capital, and cash flow
    • Support and advise divisions and subsidiaries during reporting and planning cycles
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze the Group’s income statement and key financial metrics for monthly reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning
    • Prepare reports for the Executive Board on operating assets, working capital, and cash flow (Main Focus)
    • Develop Group-level analyses on topics such as financial investments, divestments, depreciation, working capital, and Days Sales Outstanding
  • Accounting & Transactions:
    • Post division and business area transactions, including intercompany profit elimination
  • External & Internal Reporting:
    • Provide information for external publications such as annual and quarterly reports
    • Assist in preparing internal reports including Group reports, Supervisory Board reports, and planning books
  • Process & System Development:
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and controlling tools at Group level
    • Ensure system-side accuracy and functionality of queries and reports
  • Special Projects & Ad-hoc Analysis:
    • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and support special tasks and projects
