Tooling Preparation Operator

To respond for operating machines in Tire Building production area to achieve production volume targeted,quality of product comforming with
standard and safety of working environment

-Be proficient operating machines in Tire Building production area
-Maintain and improve quality of Carcass and Green Tires produced by Tire Building production area
-Comply safety regulation to perform any operation
-Report to Tire Building Shift Leader

- Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
- Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
- Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
- Skillfully operate machines in Tire Building in production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift
- Arrange carrier,e.g.cassette,to handle stock of output
- Produce Carcass and Green Tires which meet the quality standard
- Understand types of defect realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect

- Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training skill development
