What You Will Do
- Be the first point of contact for all inbound calls, emails, and texts
- Solve problems with empathy and speed, ideally on first contact
- Smoothly hand over to specialists in the broader team when needed
- Bring calm and confidence to families
- Keep records tidy and accurate in our systems
- Share ideas to make our service even better, we love fresh thinking
What You Will Bring

Experience that helps:
- Previous customer service, call centre, retail, or hospitality experience
- VCE graduate (bonus points if you’ve been in our students’ shoes)
- Currently studying or holding a degree in Commerce/Business or a related field (ideal but not essential)
