What You Will Do

• Teach - You’ll deliver clear, structured VCE English 1/2 and 3/4 lessons that build conceptual understanding and exam technique.
• Coach - Motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week-to-week.
• Mentor - Share study strategies and relatable stories to build student confidence.
• Connect - Build genuine connections so students feel supported and motivated

What You Will Bring

• 99+ ATAR with raw study scores in English of 43+
• First-year university level knowledge or above in English
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset
• A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability
