Join Our Team as a Brand Designer!

As a Brand Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital and print platforms by delivering a brand built on trust through industry-leading customer experiences. You’ll work on a wide range of projects — from marketing campaigns and corporate communications to merchandising and event collateral — always ensuring our brand is consistently represented with clarity, impact, and industry-best practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to deliver compelling visual assets.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure briefs are robust and clear.
  • Work in partnership with the Head of Creative to maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Design for a variety of formats including presentations, reports, infographics, social media, web, and video.
  • Support the Head of Creative and Senior Designers in executing campaign development and brand strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • Stay up to date with new digital platforms used by the company, design trends, tools, and best practices, especially in B2B and corporate sectors.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a design role, ideally within a global or B2B brand.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) with Figma as a plus.
  • Experience using Agile ways of working and project management.
  • Self-motivation and strong personal project management skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Understanding of accessibility within the role of design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English; other languages a plus.
