What does the role entail?

  • Contributing to the (pre)paration of dishes for room service, the bazaar, breakfast, and staff meals

  • Being service-oriented in an open kitchen, with a strong focus on presenting both yourself and the work environment professionally

  • Maintaining good relationships with colleagues within your department and with those from other departments by adhering to the Core Principle (Open, Honest & Respectful)

  • Respecting and complying with the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy

  • Coordinating and organizing tasks in the bar

  • Performing other tasks assigned by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maximize business opportunities.
