Coreso is a dynamic and fast-paced company situated in the heart of the European district in Brussels. We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager with strong expertise in IT sourcing and public procurement

In this role, you will support and guide the organisation in its procurement initiatives: evaluating needs and risks, designing procurement strategies, and ensuring compliant and efficient procedures. You will own the procurement framework, drive strategic sourcing decisions, and ensure transparent, consistent procurement practices aligned with Coreso’s strategic objectives.

As our Procurement Manager, you are a hands-on buyer with strong knowledge of public procurement activities and demonstrated experience in IT-related sourcing. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • PROCUREMENT GOVERNANCE & FRAMEWORK Own and steer Coreso’s procurement framework, including policies, templates, and procedures. Ensure alignment with public procurement regulation and internal governance. Drive consistent application of procurement processes across teams.

  • STRATEGIC SOURCING & ADVISORY Advising the business on markets, sourcing options, tender approaches, and preferred outcomes. Translate business needs into suitable procurement strategies and procedures. Ensure early involvement of procurement in high-impact initiatives.

  • PROCUREMENT OVERSIGHT & EXECUTION (IT & CORPORATE SERVICES) Manage and oversee public and private procurement procedures for IT and corporate services. Validate tender strategies, evaluation methodologies, and award rationales. Ensure documentation quality and compliance throughout procurement activities.

  • CONTRACT & SUPPLIER GOVERNANCE Contribute to contract structuring, negotiation principles, and lifecycle management. Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual compliance. Anticipate contract renewals, extensions, and optimisation opportunities.

  • STAKEHOLDER ENABLEMENT & ALIGNMENT Act as the organisational reference point for procurement practices. Reinforce stakeholder understanding of procurement roles, constraints, and processes. Support teams in navigating procurement complexity while maintaining compliance.

  • REPORTING & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Provide structured procurement insights and reporting to management. Identify maturity gaps and drive targeted improvement initiatives. Contribute to Coreso’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
