Executive Business Partner to the Chief Revenue Officer
Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Business Partner to serve as the strategic right hand to our Chief Revenue Officer during this critical phase of scale.
This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of a rapidly expanding Global Revenue organization. The right candidate will operate as an extension of the CRO — shaping operating cadence, protecting strategic focus, and enabling execution across customers, board stakeholders, and executive leadership.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. It is a senior partnership role requiring business judgment, executive presence, resilience, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do:
As Executive Business Partner to the CRO, you will sit at the core of revenue strategy and execution during a period of accelerated growth.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the CRO, proactively shaping priorities and executive operating rhythms
- Own and optimize cadence across board prep, earnings cycles, QBRs, executive off-sites, and global field reviews
- Serve as a high-judgment gatekeeper, aligning time and energy to revenue-critical initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership to drive alignment at scale
- Prepare and coordinate materials for board interactions, executive-level customer engagements, and investor-facing moments
- Drive follow-through on strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across the revenue organization
- Identify structural improvements to help scale a category-defining AI infrastructure business
- You will be expected to operate with urgency, decisiveness, and independence — while maintaining composure in high-stakes situations
Who You Are:
- 8+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally CROs or senior revenue leaders in late-stage, public, or hyper-growth SaaS/AI environments
- Proven experience acting as a strategic business partner, not solely an administrative executor
- Deep understanding of revenue organizations, sales operating rhythms, earnings cadence, and board preparation
- Executive presence with confidence engaging board members, senior stakeholders, and enterprise customers
- Exceptional judgment and comfort making independent decisions aligned to business impact
- Highly resilient and comfortable operating alongside a direct, high-performance executive
- Adept at navigating strong personalities and competing senior stakeholder demands
- Comfortable with rapid-fire executive communication, including concise, high-velocity text-based exchanges
- Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, scaling organizations
- This role operates in a high-performance, fast-moving environment with direct communication and elevated standards. Emotional maturity, resilience, discretion, and decisiveness are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- This role will require flexibility and responsiveness, including working outside of traditional business hours when needed to support global time zones, customer engagements, earnings cycles, or priority initiatives
- This role requires travel up to 10%
- This role is based in Bellevue, candidates must be currently based in the Bellevue area to be considered and comfortable going into the office 4-days a week
What Success Looks Like
- The CRO’s focus is consistently aligned to the highest revenue-impacting opportunities
- Board and executive interactions are seamless, strategic, and elevated
- The revenue organization operates with clarity, accountability, and operational rigor
- The CRO views you as an indispensable strategic partner during a defining growth phase
