Starting Salary: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift 6:00am to 4:30am Monday through Friday (Saturday based on business need)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The worker reviews work orders and “pulls” or selects the appropriate pieces for shipment. This job takes place in the shipping area of a Vinyl Window manufacturing plant.
- Read paperwork and review work orders and “pull” or selects the appropriate pieces for shipment.
- Lift, push and pull materials (windows, glass panes and loaded carts).
- Place pieces on an L-shaped cart and transport 15-20 feet to the loading dock.
- Review the work order to ensure all pieces are included; then place the pieces into an outgoing trailer.
- May work on loading the trucks for shipment.
