Drafter 1

The primary responsibility of a Drafter 1 is to produce accurate and complete detailing deliverables (drawings, shop details, BOMs, etc.) for low-complexity projects, following established drafting standards and procedures. This entry-level role focuses on applying fundamental knowledge of metal building systems and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.. with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery. The Drafter 1 is expected to execute assigned tasks independently, while continuously developing their technical and procedural understanding.
