Java Full Stack Developer (Hybrid or fully Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highly scalable web applications using Java technologies.
• Implement front-end components using React.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create engaging user experiences.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Develop server-side applications using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of working experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong experience with Java, JBoss, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
• Proficiency in React.
• Experience in working with relational database management systems (RDBMS) like MySQL or Oracle.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
