About the role

At Cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent and inspiring.

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design and branding. This role is pivotal to our mission of enhancing the user experience and refining our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design, a keen eye for detail, and a track record of leading successful design projects.

Your Mission

Your mission is in 5 core areas:

1. Product Design:

   • Lead the design of key product experiences across cozycozy’s platforms with a strong hands-on approach.

   • Stay updated on industry trends, user experience best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of our product design.

2. Branding:

   • Define and maintain the visual identity and branding guidelines of cozycozy.

   • Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints, including the website, mobile apps, CRM and other marketing materials.

3. UI/UX Design:

   • Oversee the design and optimization of user interfaces across all digital platforms.

   • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are both functional and visually appealing.

4. Project Management:

   • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

   • Develop project timelines, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.

5. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing.

   • Communicate design ideas and rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members.
