About the role

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong ownership to join our product team and ensure a reliable, seamless, and high-quality experience across all our platforms (Web, Mobile Web, iOS, Android).

This role sits at the intersection of execution and structure: you will not only ensure high-quality releases but also contribute to building scalable QA processes and improving automation.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, and act as a key advocate for quality and user experience in a fast-growing, data-driven environment.

Your mission

Your role will be structured across 4 key areas:

Testing Execution & Quality Assurance

• Define, execute, and maintain test plans (functional, regression, exploratory)

• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution

• Lead validation phases before production releases

• Ensure consistent quality across web and mobile platforms

• Act as a strong quality gate before releases

QA Processes & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to structuring and improving QA processes (test cases, regression cycles, bug tracking)

• Help define QA standards and best practices across teams

• Improve testing efficiency and coverage

• Support the implementation and scaling of test automation (web & mobile)

Collaboration & Quality Culture

• Act as a user-first advocate, ensuring a high level of usability and reliability

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering from early stages

• Bring a critical mindset and challenge decisions when needed

• Promote a strong quality culture across the organization

Metrics & Visibility

• Help define and track QA metrics (defect rate, test coverage, release quality)

• Contribute to making quality transparent and measurable

• Support clear reporting to Product and leadership teams
