As a Team Leader for Sound United, you will be responsible for the team of Order Management, Sales & Technical Support Advisors, who will be the initial point of contact for domestic & international customers, end users, resellers and installers handling a spectrum of enquiries around direct-to-consumer order processing, returns, service & warranty and product availability.

Main responsibilities:

  • To support the initial onboarding of the new Order Management, Sales & Technical Support Advisors.
  • To clearly define daily and monthly qualitative and quantitative targets for individuals and ensure team understanding of these targets and that they are fully accountable.
  • To evaluate and proactively manage the performance of individuals and the team against all relevant qualitative measures and ensure that they are aligned with CPM and Client requirements.
  • To assess and review team and individual performance and identify ongoing training and development for all team members.
  • To adhere to the quality escalation workflow as defined and highlight any issues as needed.
  • To proactively overcome quality issues identified through ongoing coaching and mentoring activities.

Requirements

What we look for:

  • Fluent level of spoken & written English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Previous experience working within technical support and/or sales is beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and monitor workloads effectively.
  • Being able to provide effective performance feedback whilst also being able to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Be able to coach a team to learn new skills and create opportunities for development.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels - written and verbal.
  • Previous experience working as a team leader is preferred.

Benefits

What do we offer:

  • Starting date: 1st December 2025.
  • Contract Type: Temporary 6 Months (Possibility of extension into permanent).
  • Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
  • Base salary of €23,000 gross per annum in addition to:
  • 6,60€/day meal voucher (132€/month).
  • A commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum).
  • Paid 5 extra days (personal days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences.
  • Office-Based working model from our Bratislava location.
  • Fully paid training that optimally prepares you for your job - 3 weeks duration.
