Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Compensation:

$23/hr. - $25/hr.



Responsibilities:

  • Knowledgeable and able to credential physicians and aestheticians
  • Main contact for patients considering or awaiting cosmetic procedures
  • Provide information and answer questions regarding all cosmetic procedures & products
  • Prepare fees/quotes for cosmetic patients
  • Schedule aesthetic procedures with the appropriate physician and/or aesthetician in the correct time slot; utilizing the schedules maximum potential
  • Utilize cancellation list to fill openings in schedule and get patients in sooner; notify manager and/or doctor if waitlist has more than six patients on it
  • Collect deposits and payment for procedures and product purchases
  • Counsel patient on pre and post treatment instructions regarding procedures, skin-care and follow up questions (document conversation in EMR)
  • Log post appointment follow-up calls in EMR, including laser, filler, consults, etc
  • Assist with pre/post treatment photos, including baseline and visia photos
  • Responsible for ensuring that the patient is prepared for treatments and knows what to expect on treatment day and during recovery process
  • Full knowledge of skin-care products, ability to educate, recommend, and upsell them to patients to benefit their personal aesthetic goals
  • Answer high volume of daily calls and return voicemails within 24-hours
  • Email pre and post treatment instructions for filler and laser appointments
  • Submit eRX for necessary laser appointments
  • Be a liaison between the patient and physician by scheduling recommended procedures, selling recommended product, and tracking closure rates
  • Package and ship online product orders
  • Assemble cosmetic consult folders
  • Check out cosmetic patients in EMR using the cosmetic superbill for cost reference
  • Navigate & sign-up patients for Alle and Aspire rewards programs
  • Keep new patient consult conversion log updated
  • Obtain any necessary treatment records from previous office prior to patient appointment (i.e., Botox, filler, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify appropriate staff member if getting low
  • Add patients to recall if not scheduled at check-out
  • Present marketing/social media/promo ideas to Aesthetic manager
  • Turn in yellow duplicate sheets to each doctor by 5:00 each day (highlight purchased products and scheduled appointments)

 

Qualifications:

  • Aesthetician knowledge/background preferred
  • Skincare related experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of customer service and health care administration
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively while being flexible to new tasks
