Creative Content + LMS Specialist

MINT Aesthetics, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Creative Content + LMS Specialist to join their state-of-the-art facility located in Kansas City, MO.

At MINT Aesthetics, we teach, train, and empower medSpa owners and providers all over the country — and we need someone who can help us keep our online education and brand presence looking as sharp and polished as the clinics we serve.

Work Schedule:

This is an onsite position, available on either a part-time or full-time basis, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. We support a healthy work-life balance while ensuring the needs of the business are met.

What You’ll Be Doing

🎨 Content Creation:

Collaborate with our education and marketing teams to create and edit beautiful, on-brand graphics, short videos, and promotional materials for our website, emails, and social channels. If you love Canva, PowerPoint, and storytelling through design — you’ll fit right in!

💻 Website + E-Course Updates:

Work hand-in-hand with our team to upload, refresh, and maintain content on the MINT Aesthetics website and within our Tovuti LMS (Learning Management System). Experience working in LMS systems is a must — and if you’ve used Tovuti, even better!

🛠️ Tech & Platform Work:

• Experience with WooCommerce (product uploads, updates, and troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with Vimeo for hosting and embedding course videos
• Comfort editing and building within WordPress (bonus points if you’ve built or maintained websites!)
• Ability to organize, name, and version files like a pro — our courses evolve fast, and we like things clean and current.
