Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position. The role is onsite with standard working hours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-5pm, Tuesday, Thursday 10am-6pm). We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Establish comprehensive and customized skincare and laser treatment plans in collaboration with leadership and the MD, ensuring treatments align with patient needs and goals.

·       Assess and identify skin types, interview clients to obtain information about contraindications, and perform thorough skin evaluations to determine the suitability of various treatments..

·       Perform a range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including HydraFacial, SkinPen Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and more.

·       Administer laser treatments using state-of-the-art technologies, including CLEAR, BBL and HALO.

·       Conduct radiofrequency treatments such as SecretRF for face and body, ensuring optimal results and patient satisfaction.

·       Advise clients on appropriate skincare regimens and recommend suitable treatments to enhance their results and address individual needs.

·       Ensure treatments are performed on time and according to the scheduled appointments, optimizing the patient experience.

·       Follow the clinic's brand-driven customer service training to provide an exceptional and unique experience for every client.

·       Adhere to state compliance regulations and laser safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both clients and staff.

·       Comply with esthetic policies regarding chemical usage, and maintain strict cleaning, sanitizing, and equipment maintenance protocols.

·       Document patient files, including before-and-after treatment photos, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

·       Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales goals, contributing to the clinic’s growth and success.

·       Prepare treatment rooms, clean and maintain equipment, and assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure a smooth operation.

 

Qualifications:

·       Valid licensure as a Medical Aesthetician or Laser Technician

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.

·       Proficient in working with advanced laser modalities, ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery.

·       Hands-on experience in performing a variety of treatments, including HydraFacial, Diamond Glow, Chemical Peels, Cool Sculpting, and other advanced skincare procedures.

·       Strong experience in conducting client consultations, cross-promoting services, and recommending skincare products, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and drive revenue.

·       Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to educate clients on treatments and products while providing outstanding customer service.

·       Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
