As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to their respective team(s), including coordinating calendars, meetings, expenses, events, presentations, travel, correspondence and departmental initiatives.
Team Description
The successful candidate will join the European Real Estate (RE Europe) team, part of the Real Assets group. Based in London, the team is responsible for equity investments across a C$9 billion European portfolio and a global platform of C$49 billion. The RE Europe team invests with high-quality JV partners and in funds and platforms across sectors including housing, logistics and data centres, pursuing thematic investments to drive compelling risk-adjusted returns at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Proactively coordinates multiple calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, room bookings and calls and works with global CPP Investments departments/offices to coordinate logistics.
- Ensures team members are prepared for meetings and carry-forward action items.
- Performs monthly expense reporting, and coordinates approval and processing of invoices. Updates CRM system as and when required.
- Assists in the creation of high quality on-brand communications, reports, and presentations.
- Provides support and assists with departmental and team off-sites and social events.
- Coordinates and books travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and visa requirements as needed. Handles highly confidential material/matters relating to the department and organization with utmost discretion.
- Coordinates and performs critical internal processes for the team.
- Works closely with other Executive Assistants and teams to increase efficiency and provide overall departmental support.
- Provide support and holiday coverage as required.
- Any adhoc administrative tasks which may occur in line with the teams needs.
