- Manage and develop project and proposal support personnel.
- Set clear expectations and drive accountability.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project coordination, schedules, documentation, and customer communications.
- Ensure accurate and timely handoffs between departments.
- Monitor project progress and help resolve issues before they impact delivery.
- Standardize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Develop tools, reports, and processes that increase visibility and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information and timely updates.
- Build strong working relationships through dependable execution and communication.
