Join Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC as a New Business Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts. This role is vital for converting potential leads into trusted clients, supporting our mission to deliver justice for personal injury victims, particularly in catastrophic trucking accidents. Your work will directly enhance our firm's capacity to ensure each client's journey starts on the right path, impacting both our legal outcomes and our community engagements.

What you’ll do:

  • Client Conversion: Handle qualified leads from initial inquiry to signed client agreement, ensuring a smooth transition into the litigation phase.
  • Consultative Selling: Listen with empathy, assess client needs, and build confidence in our firm, converting qualified leads with a high success rate.
  • Catastrophic Case Urgency: Quickly recognize high-severity trucking and catastrophic injury cases and follow the firm’s escalation protocol immediately (including live transfers and interrupting leadership when warranted).
  • Referral Management: Maintain and enhance professional relationships with referring attorneys, managing inbound and outbound referrals efficiently.
  • Follow-Up & Documentation: Maintain a clear follow-up trail (texts/emails/calls), document every touchpoint and next step in the CRM, and deliver a weekly recap of outcomes so the team can step in seamlessly if needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Educational Background: Preferably a degree in Psychology or Social Work, valued for listening and empathy skills.
  • Experience: Prior consultative sales or high-empathy roles, with legal intake experience as a bonus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, persuasive selling, and rapport-building capabilities.
  • Execution Abilities: Demonstrated reliability, strong organizational skills, and ability to follow through independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems, e-signature platforms, and basic online research tools.
  • Dependability (Non-Negotiable): You show up consistently, follow through, and can be trusted to handle urgent client matters without disappearing mid-process.
  • Detail + Documentation Discipline: You keep impeccable notes, maintain a clean CRM, and can summarize your weekly pipeline and outcomes without being chased.

Why you should work here:

  • Impactful Role: Directly influence client outcomes and firm success through meaningful client interactions.
  • Cultural Trust: Work in an environment that values autonomy, supported by an open-door management style.
  • Growth Opportunity: Potential to lead and train future team members as the firm expands its reach.
  • Strategic Involvement: Play a crucial role in developing processes and workflows from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is competitive and may include performance incentives tied to measurable KPIs (e.g., qualified conversion and paperwork completion). Final benefit details will be shared during the interview process.
