The Office Administrator at Gerber & Elkins is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our firm. This role is essential to maintaining smooth front office operations and creating a welcoming, professional experience for every client and visitor. By managing front office operations and creating an inviting atmosphere, the Office Administrator plays a crucial part in fostering trust and professional rapport with every client and visitor, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence. This is a high-priority hire intended to restore front office stability and support a busy, fast-moving legal team. This is a fully onsite role based in Atlanta, GA.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Front Office Management: Oversee front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth to create a strong first impression.
  • Client Reception: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, coordinating their experience from the moment they enter the office.
  • Document Handling: Efficiently manage scanning, filing, and organizing of critical documents to support office operations and ensure workflow continuity.
  • Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the daily office flow through administrative organization and general office coordination.
  • Team Support: Aid the legal team with light administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling assistance, and intake coordination.
