On-Site Specialist - NJ

Role Summary:

Required Qualifications –

• Willingness to Travel: Must be available to travel up to two weeks per month which includes out-of-state assignments to support mapping operations.
  
  
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using an iPad for drawing, mark-ups, and documentation purposes.
  
  
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing clean, accurate work.
  
  
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing and walking for extended periods (30 minutes to 3 hours per site).
  
  
• Valid Driver’s License & Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  
  
• Flexible Mobility: Able to travel throughout New Jersey and other states via personal vehicle, rental car, or commuter aircraft as needed.
  
  
• Basic Communication Tools: Proficient in using email, phone, and digital communication platforms for daily tasks.
  
  
• Client-Facing Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients during on-site visits.
  
  

Preferred but not required

• Background in graphic design, drafting, or art
  
  
• Proficient in Google Workspace
  
  
• Experience in customer/client relations
  
  

Education:

• Graduated from a 2-or-4 year institution
