Role Overview
As a Seller Representative, your focus will be sourcing and onboarding motivated property sellers. You’ll reach out, build relationships, and help sellers complete contracts so deals can close quickly.
This is a production-focused role: you’ll earn a commission share every time you close a deal.
Requirements
Source and contact motivated sellers.
Explain the process and secure signed contracts.
Collaborate with buyer and hybrid reps to keep deals moving.
Work independently using cold calling, email, and text outreach (training provided).
Meet or exceed a quota
Qualifications
No prior real estate license required.
Sales, customer service, or recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work remotely.
