• Deliver cost reports, dashboards, executive summaries, business cases, and funding analyses to support project teams and executive leadership.

• Build and maintain cost benchmarking databases, unit-rate libraries, labor productivity assumptions, escalation models, and market intelligence tools to improve estimate accuracy and decision-making.

• Support site feasibility studies, preconstruction planning, value engineering, cost optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools.

• Establish scalable tools and repeatable processes to support Crusoe’s infrastructure pipeline.

• Maintain WBS structures, cost coding frameworks, and estimate-to-budget mappings to ensure alignment across estimating, procurement, project controls, and financial reporting.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• 10+ years of estimating and cost management experience supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale high-tech infrastructure projects strongly preferred.

• Strong expertise in cost modeling, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure.

• Proficiency with CostX, Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar estimating and cost management platforms.

• Experience supporting procurement activities, bid evaluations, contractor selection, commercial analysis, and stakeholder decision-making.

• Strong analytical, communication, financial reporting, and presentation skills with experience engaging both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Background with general contractors, owner’s rep firms, or tech/data center infrastructure & familiarity with the full construction lifecycle including preconstruction, procurement, and delivery.
