About the position:

This is a newly created position in our People and Culture team to support recruitment administration, onboarding processes, employee record management, and HR-related programs. It's an exciting chance to join a team of six in a rapidly growing company- holding the ability to make a huge impact with the work you do.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including logistical aspects of onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, such as booking flights, ordering equipment, organising login credentials and sending welcome communications
  • Support the preparation, and maintenance of employment documentation, such as contracts, contract variations, and employment-related correspondence as required.
  • Manage the HR inbox, triaging queries and directing them to the appropriate People & Culture team members for action. 
  • Manage administrative tasks for things like our car park roster, child sponsorship portal, and welcome packs.
  • Set up, manage, and maintain business software subscriptions (e.g., SaaS tools, user access, billing cycles, licence renewals).
  • Pull and prepare data for People & Culture reporting and analytics as required. effectiveness.
  • Support talent acquisition activities by posting job advertisements and assisting with shortlisting applications.

What are we seeking?

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a P&C or HR environment. 
  • Sound understanding of HR processes, employment documentation, and data management. Having great attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong tech skills with the ability to set up new software, systems and problem solve issues.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across departments and with external partners. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Proven flexibility, adaptability, and able to respond and adjust easily to change in work demands.
