Job Overview

Member Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify and engage potential members within the ecosystem
  • Support onboarding and ensure a seamless member experience
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective members

Member Engagement & Retention

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members
  • Drive participation in events, working groups, webinars, and training programs
  • Ensure regular communication and engagement with active and past members
  • Address member queries and provide timely support

Community & Communication Management

  • Manage communication channels including emailers, newsletters, and member groups
  • Support social media and engagement initiatives in coordination with social media teams
  • Ensure consistency and frequency of communication with members

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain member databases, trackers, and dashboards
  • Monitor member activity and engagement trends
  • Ensure data accuracy across CRM tools and internal systems

Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute member-focused events such as webinars, roundtables, and townhalls
  • Manage outreach, coordination, and follow-ups for events
  • Maintain records including meeting notes and event summaries

Stakeholder Management

  • Interact with CXO-level executives, industry leaders, and stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between members and internal teams
  • Gather feedback to improve member experience and engagement
