Member Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and engage potential members within the ecosystem
- Support onboarding and ensure a seamless member experience
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective members
Member Engagement & Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members
- Drive participation in events, working groups, webinars, and training programs
- Ensure regular communication and engagement with active and past members
- Address member queries and provide timely support
Community & Communication Management
- Manage communication channels including emailers, newsletters, and member groups
- Support social media and engagement initiatives in coordination with social media teams
- Ensure consistency and frequency of communication with members
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain member databases, trackers, and dashboards
- Monitor member activity and engagement trends
- Ensure data accuracy across CRM tools and internal systems
Event Coordination
- Plan and execute member-focused events such as webinars, roundtables, and townhalls
- Manage outreach, coordination, and follow-ups for events
- Maintain records including meeting notes and event summaries
Stakeholder Management
- Interact with CXO-level executives, industry leaders, and stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between members and internal teams
- Gather feedback to improve member experience and engagement
