QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Engineer with 3+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing test strategies, creating test cases, and building automation frameworks using Python and Selenium. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with modern web tools.

Role & Responsibilities

Testing & Automation

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Python and Selenium
• Perform functional, regression, and cross-browser testing
• Work with APIs using Postman for testing, automation, and validation

Quality Assurance & Debugging

• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira
• Use browser DevTools to diagnose and debug issues efficiently
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables

Monitoring & Performance

• Monitor application performance and logs using tools such as Datadog and Elastic (ELK Stack)
• Analyze system behavior and proactively identify potential issues

Release & Collaboration

• Participate in release management, including test planning, execution, and validation
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and QA metrics
• Use Git for version control and team collaboration
