Customs Agent (Export-Finnish team)

We are looking for an Export Declarant to join our export team. The role focuses primarily on preparing export declarations. Your main responsibility will be handling export declarations for two specific customers, one of them being a TOP customer who is extremely important for our company’s operations. This position therefore requires commitment and accuracy.

Main responsibilities

• Prepare and submit export declarations accurately and on time

• Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with relevant regulations

• Organize and schedule orders to ensure they are ready for the customer within the given deadlines

• Work independently on daily tasks, which are mostly routine and repetitive

• Collaborate and communicate with the export team whenever support or clarification is needed

Working hours

• 8-hour workday (09.00-17.00 EET)

• Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute coffee breaks
