Main Responsibilities:
Assist in document handling, reception from carriers, and organization for import/export processes under Polish/EU regs (e.g., Union Customs Code).
Support compliance, data security (GDPR), and timely document flows to customs offices; may involve company vehicle travel.
Learn on the job with tools like Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for basic automation.
Maintain office order, adhere to confidentiality, and build customs knowledge through training.
Accountable for KPIs like 98% document accuracy, 95% timely support, and 100% compliance adherence.
Foster a safe, organized work environment while executing supervisor tasks.
Job requirements:
No experience needed—just enthusiasm for logistics/customs!
Organized, detail-oriented, with basic Polish proficiency (English a plus).
