· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
· Provide product, order, and shipment information to customers
· Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements
· Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Team Leader or relevant department
· Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and other systems
