·       Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Team Leader or relevant department

·       Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and other systems

·       Follow established standard operating procedures and contribute to their improvement

·       Support team goals and participate in training sessions to enhance skills
