INIKTI, UAB is expanding and is currently inviting a Sales Manager to join a team.
Main Responsibilities
Active search for new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones;
Active B2B sales, including cold calling;
Preparation of commercial offers;
Conducting negotiations and coordinating contracts;
Presenting the company’s products and services in foreign markets and exhibitions.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction, energy, or engineering sectors);
Technical education or strong technical background;
Excellent communication skills and strong results orientation;
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (clients are international partners only);
Good MS Office skills;
Motivation and ambition to achieve the best results.
