Job Overview

INIKTI, UAB is expanding and is currently inviting a Sales Manager to join a team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Active search for new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones;

  • Active B2B sales, including cold calling;

  • Preparation of commercial offers;

  • Conducting negotiations and coordinating contracts;

  • Presenting the company’s products and services in foreign markets and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction, energy, or engineering sectors);

  • Technical education or strong technical background;

  • Excellent communication skills and strong results orientation;

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (clients are international partners only);

  • Good MS Office skills;

  • Motivation and ambition to achieve the best results.
