Lawyer

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze commercial contracts;
• Ensure the protection of the company’s interests and compliance with legal obligations;
• Provide legal advice to management and teams on commercial law matters;
• Monitor contract execution, deadlines, financial commitments, and quality requirements;
• Cooperate with sales and project implementation teams in resolving legal issues;
• Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law;
• Experience in commercial law or contract management;
• Ability to work independently and provide clear legal solutions;
• Proactiveness, initiative, and results-oriented mindset;
• Excellent communication and reasoning skills;
• Good command of MS Office;
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
