Job Overview

Melyna Aqua is expanding its operations in Lithuania and is looking for a Sales Specialist to develop B2B sales channels, build partnerships, and strengthen the company’s presence in the local market. The employed person will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work, office visits when needed, and client visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand B2B sales channels;

  • Identify and approach new business clients;

  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, plumbing companies, installers, wholesalers, and service partners;

  • Manage the full sales process: lead generation, sales, client support, and after sales service;

  • Coordinate logistics with the WuliuAir fulfillment warehouse;

  • Monitor stock availability and support basic stock planning;

  • Coordinate sales of replacement filters and spare parts;

  • Maintain long term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales;

  • Experience in online/e‑commerce sales;

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle and client relationships;

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills; ability to generate leads and close deals;

  • Independent, proactive work approach;

  • Digital marketing experience is an advantage.
