Melyna Aqua is expanding its operations in Lithuania and is looking for a Sales Specialist to develop B2B sales channels, build partnerships, and strengthen the company’s presence in the local market. The employed person will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work, office visits when needed, and client visits.
Responsibilities:
Develop and expand B2B sales channels;
Identify and approach new business clients;
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, plumbing companies, installers, wholesalers, and service partners;
Manage the full sales process: lead generation, sales, client support, and after sales service;
Coordinate logistics with the WuliuAir fulfillment warehouse;
Monitor stock availability and support basic stock planning;
Coordinate sales of replacement filters and spare parts;
Maintain long term customer relationships.
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales;
Experience in online/e‑commerce sales;
Ability to manage the full sales cycle and client relationships;
Strong sales and negotiation skills; ability to generate leads and close deals;
Independent, proactive work approach;
Digital marketing experience is an advantage.
